Tiling for 14 years in Bekasi
- 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
- 1993 to 2007
- English, Indonesian
I've worked in tiling from 1993 to 2007. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 600 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
More about Ani
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ani: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
