I coached cross country at Eastgate Sports Club from 2009 to 2020. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.

What gifts mean to Ángel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
