Ángel N. Álvarez
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Kingsway Works
- Since 2009
- English, Spanish
I've worked in pottery since 2009. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,020 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
What gifts mean to Ángel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
