I teach statistics at Orchid Public School in Irapuato since 1989. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ángel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ángel: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
