Mentor in farming and law school
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States

For 40 years I've mentored people in farming and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
