Helping people break into engineering

For 24 years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Anele
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Anele: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first engineering job in 1980. I still have your notes. Truly.
