Andrés R. Ibarra
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇺🇸 Eugene, Oregon, United States
- Our Lady of Peace Community Trust
- Since 2010
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 850 people through Our Lady of Peace Community Trust.
I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Andrés: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
