Andrés N. Moreno
Small business mentor, Envigado
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Envigado Community Trust
- Since 1992
- Spanish
For 34 years I've mentored people in small business and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Andrés: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
