Andrés N. Gómez
Mentor in design and first-generation students
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Atlas Youth Network
- 1992 to 2005
- Spanish
For 13 years I've mentored people in design and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Andrés: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
