I taught drama at Central High School in San Francisco from 1983 to 1995. Most days I taught Year 9, and I never once raised my voice.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Andrés
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Andrés: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
