Andrés H. Sánchez
Volunteer mentor with Queensway Youth Network
- 🇲🇽 Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico
- Queensway Youth Network
- 1981 to 2010
- Spanish
For 29 years I've mentored people in finance and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Andrés
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Andrés: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
