Andrei Stepan Makarov
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇷🇺 Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia
- Jacaranda Swimming Club
- 2012 to 2021
- English, Russian
I coached rowing at Jacaranda Swimming Club from 2012 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
