I've coached cross country at Oakwood Football Club since 1995. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Andrei: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
