I've coached chess at Timișoara Athletic Club since 2017. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.
