Andrea P. Salazar
Baking for 17 years in Oakland
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Oakland Works
- 2005 to 2022
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking from 2005 to 2022. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
