Andrea Laura Herrmann
Design mentor, Dortmund
- 🇩🇪 Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Fairview Youth Network
- Since 2012
- German, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 730 people through Fairview Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Andrea
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Andrea: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
