Andrea D. Rivera
Farming mentor, Peoria
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Pioneer Learning Hub
- Since 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Pioneer Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Andrea
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
