Andrea Charlotte Ludwig
Volunteer mentor with Augsburg Foundation
- 🇩🇪 Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany
- 2017 to 2025
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Augsburg Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
