I've coached wrestling at Porto Alegre Our Lady of Peace Swimming Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about André
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
