André Sérgio Lopes

Youth basketball coach and mentor

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Unity Boxing Gym
  • Since 1998
  • Portuguese
I've coached basketball at Unity Boxing Gym since 1998. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.

More about André

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
