I've volunteered with Cedar Grove Community Kitchen from 1993 to 2014. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to André: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
