I coached chess at Yogyakarta Youth Club from 1993 to 2011. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Andi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
