Mentor in engineering and software
- 🇧🇷 Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil

For 26 years I've mentored people in engineering and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Anderson: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 1996. I still have your notes!
