I've volunteered with Holy Cross Food Bank from 2005 to 2020. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Ananya: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
