Ananya S. Venkatesh
Coached cross country for eight years in Bengaluru
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Bengaluru Youth Club
- 2018 to 2025
- English
For eight years I ran the cross country program at Bengaluru Youth Club in Bengaluru. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ananya
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Ananya: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
