Ananya S. Mittal
25 years teaching Spanish in Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Starlight Academy
- Since 1979
- English, Hindi
For 47 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Starlight Academy. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ananya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ananya: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
