Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- 1992 to 2007
- English, Telugu, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 510 people through Beacon Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ananya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ananya: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
