23 years teaching religious studies in Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Academy
- Since 1997
- English, Tamil
For 29 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Thane Academy. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 640 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ananya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I was in your Grade 8 class in 2021. You believed I could do it before I did. Truly.
