Ananya B. Acharya
Materials science lecturer, 2010 to 2021
- 🇮🇳 Siliguri, West Bengal, India
- Siliguri Polytechnic
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Tamil
I taught materials science at Siliguri Polytechnic from 2010 to 2021, and supervised 48 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ananya
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Ananya: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
