Anand R. Balakrishnan
Sculpture artist in Kozhikode
- 🇮🇳 Kozhikode, Kerala, India
- Little Acacia Print Workshop
- Since 2014
- English, Telugu
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 2014 at Little Acacia Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Acacia Print Workshop, which keeps me honest.
More about Anand
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Anand: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
