Thatching, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
- The Noida Workshop
- Since 1992
- English, Hindi
I've worked in thatching since 1992. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,700 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I walk the dog by the river.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Anand: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
