Anand F. Namboothiri
Boxing coach, Mumbai Community Club
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Community Club
- 1994 to 2002

For eight years I ran the boxing program at Mumbai Community Club in Mumbai. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Anand
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Anand: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
