Anand C. Gowda
Mentor in law school and entrepreneurship
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- 1984 to 2001
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Mumbai Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Anand
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Anand: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first law school job in 1988. I still have your notes. Truly.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
