Ana L. Martínez
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Old San Diego Repairs
- Since 1980
- English, Spanish
I've worked in painting and decorating since 1980. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,060 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ana: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
