Helping people break into teaching
- 🇪🇸 Seville, Andalusia, Spain
- Eastgate Association
- 1999 to 2021
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Eastgate Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
