Amparo T. Vargas

First-generation students mentor, Tehuacán

  • 🇲🇽 Tehuacán, Puebla, Mexico
  • Tehuacán Mentoring Circle
  • 1980 to 2006
  • Spanish
I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I spent my career as an accountant and now give some of that back. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.

What gifts mean to Amparo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
