Amparo K. Zamora
Helping people break into farming
- 🇪🇸 Málaga, Andalusia, Spain
- Since 1988
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,290 people through Lotus Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Amparo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Amparo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
