For 23 years I have been the Spanish teacher at Maple Ridge Technical College. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Amparo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
