I spent 31 years as a lecturer in mathematics at Mar del Plata College in Mar del Plata. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Amparo
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
