Helping people break into engineering
- 🇪🇸 San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain
- Since 2014
- Spanish
For twelve years I've mentored people in engineering and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Amparo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
