I coached netball at St. Anne's Sports Club from 1984 to 1997. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Amparo
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Amparo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
