Amparo A. Delgado

Helping people break into farming

  • 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
  • Bamboo Association
  • 2012 to 2024
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Bamboo Association. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Amparo

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
