I've worked in welding since 2013. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 230 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Amit: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
