Amira Yasmin Metwally

Coached volleyball for 27 years in Riyadh

  • 🇸🇦 Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Riyadh Football Club
  • Since 1999
  • English, Arabic
For 27 years I've run the volleyball program at Riyadh Football Club in Riyadh. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
