Amira Noor Nabulsi
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇸🇦 Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Old Riyadh Trades Guild
- Since 1996
- English, Arabic
I've worked in baking since 1996. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,200 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Amira: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
