I taught physics and special education at Phoenix Grammar School, Aswan. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Amira
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
