I'm a mentor in small business. I spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Amélie
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Amélie: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
