I taught geography at Santa Fe Public School in Santa Fe from 1978 to 1986. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm learning the guitar.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
