Amelia Chapman
Engineering mentor, Buffalo
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Association
- Since 1997
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,390 people through Buffalo Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Amelia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
