Amaya Yapa

Farmer and teacher of young growers

  • 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
  • The Phoenix Estate
  • Since 1982

I farm vegetables near Jaffna. The land was my family's before me and I hope it will be someone's after me. I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I bake for the whole street at New Year. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
